Expertise is valuable. Making it accessible is a strategy.
Great content doesn't just fill a feed. It gives people a reason to believe you know what you're talking about. I turn specialized expertise into clear, useful content that builds authority and makes complex ideas easy to understand.

Nazdar Tech Tips
Turning complex ink technology into accessible B2B content.
For companies manufacturing everything from shirts and bottles to packaging and industrial products, ink is one part of a much larger production process. They need an ink — and ink supplier — they can rely on, without fail.
That makes choosing an ink supplier about more than the product itself. It's about expertise, reliability and having a technical partner who understands every application.
For Nazdar Ink Technologies, an ink manufacturer serving highly technical B2B customers, deep expertise was a major asset. The challenge was turning that knowledge into content customers could actually use.
The result was Tech Tips — a series of videos and articles designed to educate customers while positioning Nazdar as a trusted technical partner, not simply an ink supplier.
The Challenge
Price, good customer service, high-quality products: these are the standard qualities that manufacturers always promise to deliver. But what makes a supplier stand out?
Employing some of the industry's top technical experts and innovators, Nazdar had an opportunity to offer a real differentiator: trusted technical expertise with answers to customers' everyday problems.
How do you improve ink adhesion? What's the difference between dried and cured ink? Why does ink look different in the bucket than it does on the page? How do you determine the right ink for a specific application?
These questions can have complicated answers — and the people best equipped to answer them were Nazdar's own technical experts. The challenge was translating that technical knowledge into clear, accessible content for a broader audience.
The Strategy: Make Expertise Accessible
The opportunity was to turn internal expertise into an external resource: content that could answer real end-user questions, demonstrate technical credibility and build trust throughout the customer journey. I partnered with Nazdar's Research & Development and Technical Support teams to identify topics based on customer needs where expert guidance could provide value.
From there, I took highly specialized information and made it understandable without watering it down.
I took each the content from concept to publication — writing articles, producing and editing videos, capturing photography and building email campaigns to amplify — while coordinating with technical experts to ensure accuracy and credibility at every step.
Each Tech Tip was developed to be:
Useful
Focused on practical questions and problems customers encounter in real-world applications.
Accessible
Broken down into easy-to-consume pieces of content that didn't require an advanced technical background or sifting through a 20-page whitepaper.
Credible
Sourced directly from technical expertise of Nazdar's subject-matter experts, giving each piece the authority behind the brand.
Multi-format
Developed as articles, videos or both, allowing the content to reach audiences in different ways and create a broader library of resources.

What Worked
Leading with expertise. Put Nazdar's technical knowledge at the center of the content strategy rather than relying on traditional product-focused marketing.
Making the complex approachable. Translated highly technical information into clear, concise content without sacrificing credibility.
Answering real questions. Built topics around practical challenges customers face, from troubleshooting and adhesion to color matching and curing.
Building for distribution. Extended the content beyond the website through a bi-monthly newsletter reaching 25,000+ industry contacts.
Demonstrating depth. A broad library of articles and videos showed customers the breadth of technical expertise behind the Nazdar brand.
